COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be opened from Thursday, November 4 until Saturday, November 6th at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet representatives of pharmaceutical and diagnostic equipment companies at their booths to discuss new developments and receive up-to-date product information.

BADGES
Identification badges are provided upon registration. For security purposes, all delegates and speakers are asked to wear their name badges at all times during the meeting. The identification badges are also helpful when contacting the Registration Desk and other participants. If you misplace your name badge, please go to the Registration Desk to arrange for a replacement.
LOST AND FOUND
Any found item may be turned into the Registration Desk. Enquiries about lost items can be directed to the Registration Desk also.

Please respect the speakers and presenters by ensuring that your mobile phone is switched off during the scientific sessions.

PROGRAM CHANGES
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the scientific program. Organizers will do their best to keep the participants up to date and possible changes in the program will be immediately communicated.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
The organizers kindly ask you to bring your presentations with you on a USB memory stick. Your presentation must be uploaded to the computers in the meeting room with the help of the assisting technicians responsible for the dedicated room. The presentation uploading deadline is the last coffee break prior to your scheduled presentation. Please note that double slide projection and personal laptops cannot be used.
POSTERS TECHNICAL INFORMATION
E-Poster Kiosks will be exhibited in the Hudson Foyer area. No specific poster session is scheduled, all posters are available for viewing in the opening hours. We recommend the poster presenters to be around the screens in the breaks to be available for questions.
