Upon receipt of the reservation, each participant will receive a confirmation from the booked hotel by email. Please note that any reservation payment or change of the reservation should be sent directly to the hotel administration. Terms and conditions, cancellation policy will be clearly stated on the hotels’ booking sites.

Single/Double Occupancy: $311/ room / night
Add $25.00 for each additional occupant above double. The Guest Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 7% occupancy tax, 6.625% NJ State tax, and 3% Meadowlands tax or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

The Hyatt Regency Jersey City is approx. 20 minutes driving distance to the Newark International Airport, EWR. The Hotel is known for its breathtaking views of the Manhattan Skyline but best described as a unique waterfront hotel with easy access into New York City.
