Cancellation Policy of registration
All cancellations should be sent to Meeting Secretariat in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
- 100% refund (minus $25 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before October 4, 2021.
- No refund in case of cancellation received after October 4, 2021.
Terms and conditions, cancellation policy of the hotel reservation will be clearly stated on the hotels’ booking sites.
Registrations are billed and charged by NEW YORK NEW JERSEY PAIN SYMPOSIUM INC (address: 1991 Marcus Av, Suite M217, Lake Success, NY, 11042). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after October 30, 2021 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
Online payment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay credit and debit cards.
Card number with expiry date, CVC code and postal code are needed.
